Andrea Lazerick

Hello, my name is Andrea Lazerick, and I am the Clinical Director and owner of Little Sprouts Therapy. I have always been driven by a deep passion for supporting children with diverse needs and helping families create meaningful, lasting change. When I discovered Applied Behavior Analysis, everything clicked—the logic, the problem-solving, and the ability to make a real impact on a child’s life. It quickly became clear that this field was my calling.

Since 2010, I have worked with children of all ages and abilities across homes, schools, clinics, daycares, and community settings. I earned my master’s degree in Early Intervention Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete my RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA credentials. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of learning, training, and supporting others at every level of ABA practice.

I founded Little Sprouts Therapy on the belief that every child deserves individualized support, and every family deserves a partner who will walk alongside them. I am honored to support families as their children learn, grow, and thrive.
