Eliany Padilla

Eliany Padilla, BCBA, began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Through years of dedication, continued education, and meaningful hands-on experience, she advanced to a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2018 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020. Her career has been guided by a genuine passion for helping children grow, communicate, and thrive while supporting families through every step of the process.

Eliany has extensive experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and other developmental and behavioral disorders. She has supported families navigating high-intensity behaviors, early intervention needs, potty training, feeding challenges and food exposure, communication delays, and skill generalization into school and community environments. She also works with older teenagers preparing for adulthood, focusing on life skills, independence, and confidence for long-term success. In addition, Eliany has provided telehealth services to families in other countries, allowing her to connect with and support families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

What truly sets Eliany apart is her belief that therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and empowering. She understands that every child is unique and that parents know their child best. Families can expect individualized, data-driven treatment plans designed around their child’s strengths, challenges, and long-term goals. She prioritizes open communication, caregiver training, and ongoing support so parents feel confident and equipped outside of therapy sessions. Her approach is compassionate, structured, and focused not only on reducing challenging behaviors, but on building meaningful communication, independence, and joy in everyday life.
