About

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across early intervention, school, and clinic settings. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, emotional and behavioral challenges, and traumatic brain injuries. I am passionate about helping each individual reach their full potential by focusing on their strengths and building meaningful, functional skills that improve their quality of life.

Families can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach when working with me. I prioritize building strong relationships with both the child and their family, and I work closely with caregivers to ensure strategies are practical, consistent, and effective across settings. My focus includes developing communication, social skills, independence, and reducing challenging behaviors through positive, evidence-based strategies.

I also have experience supporting non-speaking clients by teaching functional communication using PECS and AAC devices, in close collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness. In addition, I specialize in teaching adaptive life skills, including toileting and daily routines, and provide families with hands-on coaching and de-escalation strategies to confidently manage challenging behaviors.

As a parent of a child with severe, non-speaking autism, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. I deeply understand the challenges families face and approach every child with empathy, respect, and the same level of care and dedication I would want for my own child. My goal is to empower families and create lasting, meaningful progress for every child.
