About
From a young age, I was deeply intrigued by the intricacies of human behavior. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in psychology, where I was first introduced to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Captivated by the empirical approach and its profound impact on individuals with developmental disabilities, I decided to specialize in this field. My journey towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) involved rigorous coursework, extensive hands-on training, and the successful completion of the certification examination.
As a BCBA with 15 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and home environments. Each experience has reinforced my dedication to providing high-quality, individualized care. My work primarily focuses on developing and implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. I collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to create comprehensive behavior support plans that promote meaningful and lasting social change.
