Kelly Ward

Kelly Ward, owner of Butterfly Behavioral Health, has a wealth of experience working with children and individuals of all ages and abilities. Her career began with a strong foundation in mental health, complemented by specialized academic coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Over the past 9 years in ABA, Kelly has honed her skills as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provided supervisory-level care in ABA across environments including in-home, center, school, community and via telehealth. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience have enabled her to develop a compassionate, person-centered approach rooted in behavioral principles.

Butterfly Behavioral Health was established to offer BCBA-led care to individuals and families seeking support through a holistic, whole-person lens. We focus on creating meaningful, individualized goals that foster growth across various areas of life. Using evidence-based interventions, we work to increase socially significant behaviors in domains such as communication, social skills, and functional living skills. With an emphasis on collaboration, Butterfly Behavioral Health empowers clients and their families by celebrating progress and supporting lasting, positive change.
