Kiara Binninger

As a clinician-owned and operated practice, Evergreen is led by our Founder and Executive Director, Kiara Binninger, who has spent the past 13 years dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. With a strong background in behavior analysis and operations leadership, Kiara blends her clinical expertise with her passion for building systems that make families feel supported, valued, and at ease. Kiara began her career providing direct care to children and quickly discovered her true calling—helping families access services seamlessly while mentoring and empowering the next generation of leaders. In her previous role as Vice President of Operations and Clinical Services, she oversaw multiple states, managed large teams, and ensured that quality care remained at the heart of every decision. Today, she brings that same dedication to her own ventures, including Evergreen Autism Services, where every detail is designed to create a family-first, welcoming environment.

As both a professional and a mom, Kiara understands how important it is for families to feel like true partners in their child’s journey. Her approach combines warmth, transparency, and a commitment to excellence—ensuring that every family feels like they are the only family.

When she’s not working, Kiara enjoys spending time with her husband, their spirited toddler who keeps life joyful and adventurous, and their 110-pound pit bull who is convinced he’s a lap dog. Whether cooking, sharing a meal, or enjoying the beach, Kiara believes in building connections that last—both at home and within the communities she serves.
