With over 12 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) across various settings including home, clinic, and school environments, Kimberly brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Prior to assuming the role of a BCBA, Kimberly held positions as a special education teacher, educational diagnostician, and special education coordinator within school districts in the North Dallas area.

Driven by a deep-seated passion for working with children of all ages and diverse needs, Kimberly is particularly drawn to the realms of early intervention, compassionate care, and developmentally appropriate practices.
