Leah DiPillo

Leah DiPillo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 14 years of experience working with children and adults who have special needs. She was initially drawn to the field by immediately connecting and empathizing with the population that she worked with. She continued working with children and adults with varying developmental disabilities and diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), brain injury, stroke, emotionally disturbed, other developmental delays and disabilities and more. It soon became very evident that she wanted to continue to make a bigger difference in her clients’ lives.

She has experience providing services as a Behavior Analyst to children with ASD in early intervention centers, school districts, and in-home environments. She is passionate in her work with children with ASD and strives to help them to develop needed communication and social skills, and to reduce maladaptive behaviors in the most individualized and enjoyable way possible. Her goals for this population are inclusivity and participation in the least restrictive educational and social environments so that these children can function at their highest potential.
