Martine Sinkondo is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University, Boston, Massachusetts. She has over 14 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, 9 years of experience in the ABA field, and 5 years of experience as a BCBA. She has worked in the home, school, and community settings.

Martine has worked with individuals with autism between the ages of 2 to 52 years old. With her background in Public Health and Gerontology, she believes that each individual should be treated with compassion, respect, dignity, and the utmost understanding in their presence as well as in their absence. She strives to improve the quality of life of each client, one session at a time. Martine and her Co-owner at BM&W are currently focusing on Parent Led-ABA, Parent Coaching/Parent training.
