Hi, I’m Maxine Enerson, M.S., BCBA, the founder and lead behavior analyst at NeuroNova, LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. I have over seven years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, providing compassionate and individualized services for individuals with autism, ADHD, ODD, and developmental delays, with a strong focus on early intervention and family collaboration.

My approach is neuro-affirming and assent-based, meaning I prioritize each client’s autonomy, dignity, and voice throughout the therapeutic process. I believe in meeting clients where they are and using evidence-based, data-informed strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.

I work closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress extends across home, school, and community settings. At NeuroNova, my mission is to ignite growth and potential by helping each individual build confidence, independence, and lifelong skills.
