Melissa has been working in the field of ABA for over two decades, both teaching for the Fortune College System and in the public school district (SDC and general education classrooms). Melissa became board certified back in 2013 and for the past 15 years has provided ABA services to children and adults in the school, home, community, telehealth and clinic settings.
Melissa recently created a new clinic in East Sacramento from the ground up, working to establish a model that supported the whole child, from toileting support to feeding therapy. Her ability to connect with families on a foundational level is unparalleled. She is an expert in assessing the needs of each child, creating functional goals and developing behavior plans that work for your child's individual needs. Melissa's focus is to create plans that actually work in real world settings.
