Melissa Steele is passionate about helping autistic and other neurodivergent individuals embrace their differences, recognized their strengths, and use those strengths to develop skills that are meaningful to them. She has been a BCBA since 2016, and has provided ABA therapy in a variety of settings, including homes, clinics, schools, and daycares. Prior to working in ABA, she was a preschool teacher and director, so has a unique ability to translate ABA-based supports into that environment in ways that benefit all learners. Melissa believes that parents are their children’s first teacher and best advocate, and works to provide support in empowering families to take on these roles with confidence.
