Michelle Talabi

I am a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst committed to helping children and families achieve meaningful and lasting progress through evidence-based interventions. Since becoming certified in 2023, I have worked with individuals across a variety of skill levels, focusing on communication development, behavior reduction, social skills, independence, and caregiver training.

I am a passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that honor each child's unique strengths while empowering families to actively participate in their child's growth. My approach emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and data-driven decision-making to ensure that every intervention produces meaningful outcomes in the natural environment.

As the founder of Little Dreams Learning Center, my vision is to provide high-quality, family-centered ABA services that foster independence, confidence, and lifelong success. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential and strives to create a supportive environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy learning about behavior science, mentoring future behavior analysts, and exploring her interests in anime and diverse cultures. My dedication to both clinical excellence and family support continues to drive my mission of making a positive impact in the lives of the children and communities she serves.
