Hi, I’m Nayeli! I’ve been working in the field of ABA since 2016, starting as a behavior technician and growing into a BCBA through both experience and education.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working closely with families across a variety of settings, and those experiences have shaped how I approach therapy. I believe ABA should be compassionate, flexible, and truly centered around each individual and their family’s needs. I’m passionate about supporting our children as they are, not changing them, while helping them build meaningful skills that support their everyday lives. I believe in meeting families where they are and creating care that feels supportive, not overwhelming by creating happier, more balanced daily lives.
I’m also passionate about supporting the technicians I work with so they feel confident and empowered in their roles, because strong teams create the best outcomes.
