Rhonda Greenhaw

Rhonda J. Greenhaw, MA, BCBA is a behavior analyst with skin in the game! Her daughter was diagnosed on the autism spectrum as a toddler and is now a wonderful, amazing young woman! She gets the experience of the parent and understands what children need to learn to grow into capable, healthy young people with bright futures. She helps parents understand that there is no glass ceiling and that everyone can learn and grow and have a life of meaning.

Rhonda has also been a professor and clinical director of the Hussman Center for adults on the autism spectrum. She is a published author, writing the chapter on young adult autism for the important textbook, "Frontiers in Autism Research" from World Scientific, and has authored and participated in other research and journal articles. She has also presented at major conferences as a speaker and popular presenter on autism. She has PhD-level training and research in the area of cross-cultural practices and is proud to have experience providing culturally-appropriate care for a wide variety of families from around the world. In addition, Ms. Greenhaw was a fellow for the US State Department's Empowerment Project, working with disability organizations around the globe.

She founded My Time 2 Launch because she was tired of seeing families contending with unethical providers or providers who don't truly get the whole family perspective. She is holistic and treats individuals within the reality of their situation, helping them create meaningful and effective changes they can be proud of!
