Sarika Joshi

Sarika Joshi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that has over 12 years of experience working with children and adolescents of varying needs. Sarika received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a concentration in Autism in 2014 from Ball State University. Sarika has always had a passion for working with children and helping others, as she helped her Mom work with children in a daycare setting at a young age.

From as long as she can remember, she knew her passion was to help cultivate skills in others, regardless of age or ability. Sarika founded TimeStamps Support Services in 2021 after discovering the lack of quality ABA services in the community. Specifically, the lack of versatility and application of ABA services beyond the ASD community. Sarika values the importance of individualization in services provided. The ability to provide services with certain concentrations, such as verbal behavior or social skill development, are unique to TimeStamps Support Services.

Within the field of ABA, Sarika has experience working with individuals with special needs, ages 2-25, in the home, school, and community settings. Sarika strives to provide quality services with a team approach, always incorporating caregiver collaboration. When Sarika isn't busy working as a BCBA, you can find her spending time with her family. She is a mother to two boys and has a passion for traveling.
