At Behavior Blueprints, we believe every child and family deserves support that is compassionate, respectful, and tailored to their unique needs. I’m Sharonjeet Gill, M.S., BCBA, the owner and founder of Behavior Blueprints, and I have over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis. My journey into ABA began with a passion for working with children and grew into a commitment to providing evidence-based services that honor each family’s culture, values, and goals.

When working with me, families can expect a collaborative and supportive approach. I focus on building meaningful skills in communication, social development, emotional regulation, and daily living using practical strategies that fit naturally into everyday routines. Caregivers are active partners throughout the process, and programs are designed to be both data-driven and compassionate. My goal is to help families feel empowered, supported, and confident—so progress continues not just during sessions, but in real life.
