With a background in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Dayton, Tamara brings a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to behavioral healthcare.
Her experience spans direct care, clinical supervision, and regional program oversight, allowing her to support both families and clinical teams with insight and intention. Through Lotus Forward, Tamara partners closely with families to implement evidence-based strategies that promote communication, independence, and lifelong learning. Her work is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and a genuine commitment to helping families access effective, compassionate care.
