Tracy Rodriguez

My name is Tracy Rodriguez and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Blue Behavioral Therapy. I have been working in the ABA field for 8 years total. I completed my Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders. While completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Jose State University, I began working with children diagnosed with Autism, but along the way, became exposed to working with children diagnosed with other neurodevelopmental disorders as well.

Through the application of the principles of applied behavior analysis, I help clients behaviorally and socially in their environments. My role is dedicated to conducting functional behavior assessments, creating and updating behavior plans to ensure clients receive high-quality treatment, providing caregiver and parent training, and delivering support and supervision to registered behavior technicians who work directly with our clients.
